TERMS AND CONDITIONS 


* A deposit of $150.00 is payable to confirm a photo shoot booking. The balance is payable before printing.

* For areas outside of the Newcastle / Lake Macquarie region an additional charge of $70.00 per hour is charged for travelling.

* Outdoor photo shoots cancelled due to inclement weather will either be rescheduled to a suitable time or 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

* Seabreeze photography's liability in the event of images being unavailable due to technical problems or any other circumstance is limited to any amounts already paid by the client.

* Seabreeze photography retains the copyright of all images we produce.

* Images produced by Seabreeze photography may be used on it's website, in advertisements or in it's publications unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
