    CONDITIONS OF PRIVATE / DOMESTIC USE OF IMAGES

   • You cannot reproduce, resell or publish the image in any way without the prior written permission of Seabreeze Photography.

    CONDITIONS OF COMMERCIAL IMAGE USE

   • All credit and copyright ownership of the image is retained by Seabreeze Photography.
   • If the image is to be published, for each publication run the purchase fee will be paid.
   • If the image is to be published it will contain the following wording directly underneath the published image "Image courtesy of Seabreeze Photography".
   • If the image is to be resold as a printed digital image the purchase fee will be paid for each print made.
   • Seabreeze Photography may refuse permission for use of any image for commercial purposes. Should this be the case the purchase fee paid will be refunded in full.
   • It is a condition of purchase that images will not be used in any illegal way, including the defaming or degradation of any person, organisation or place.
